             Opening of the CIB Representative Office in Dubai, UAE


On Saturday April 16th , 2005 Commercial International Bank, Egypt (S.A.E)
celebrated the inauguration of Dubai Representative Office. The Representative
Office will promote all bank's activities and will  create opportunities in
cross-border transactions. The Representative Office will emphasize on
Syndications, Investment Banking activities and Trade Finance.


The opening ceremony took place at Dubai and Abu Dhabi simultaneously on
Saturday  April 16th ,2005, where Commercial and Investment Banks and high
net-worth individuals were invited to the opening ceremony.
