In accordance with the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:


As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 15,360,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Share') with each
Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in
treasury.


The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 15,360,000.


The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company
under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
