AGM STATEMENT

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all
resolutions were passed.  

Commenting on trading, David Green, Chairman, said:  'The current year has
started well with the US in particular, which accounts for just over half of
total sales, continuing to perform strongly.  Sales in the UK are performing
in line with expectations but Europe remains difficult.  We are now entering
our important selling season and look forward with confidence to another good
year'
