Colefax Group plc
On 28 August 2001 Colefax Group plc bought for cancellation 250,000 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each (representing 1.0 per cent. of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company) at a price of 79p per share. Following the
cancellation of these shares there will be 24,034,896 shares in issue.
