The Company was informed on 7 September 2005 that Schroder Investment Management
Limited has an interest in 2,757,674 shares, which are managed on a
discretionary basis for clients under investment management agreements.

2,627,647 of these shares are held in (a) unit trust(s) operated and managed by
an affiliated company, Schroder Unit Trusts Limited and registered or to be
registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited and 130,000 shares are neither
registered nor to be registered in the name of Schroder Nominees but also
registered or to be registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.

The interest of Schroder Investment Management Limited represents 16.14% of the
total number of ordinary shares in issue
