The Company was informed on 20 September 2002 that following the sale of 880,000
shares, AMVESCAP PLC (AMVESCAP) and subsidiary companies on behalf of
discretionary clients no longer has an interest in the Ordinary 10p shares.

The Company was also advised that the previously notified holding of INVESCO
English and International Trust PLC of  975,000 shares (4.69%), registered in
the name of Chase Nominees Limited is unchanged.
