The Company was notified on 19 October 2022 of the following transfer of ordinary shares in the Company of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). David Green, Chairman and Chief Executive of Colefax Group Plc, transferred 200,000 Ordinary Shares to his adult son Nicholas Green and 10,000 Ordinary Shares to a non-family member. Following these transfers, David Green and his wife Judy Green hold a combined total of 1,313,386 Ordinary Shares representing 18.15% of the issued share capital.
