Director's shareholding

Following the Rule 9 Waiver approved by shareholders on 16 September 2008, on 28 October 2008 Mr David Green, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company, exercised options over 150,000 ordinary shares of 10p each held by the Colefax Group Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust. The aggregate exercise price of the share options is £2 in total. 

Following this exercise, Mr Green holds 4,592,862 ordinary shares representing 31.01% of the issued share capital. Mr Green's shareholding includes 402,400 ordinary shares in which his interest is non-beneficial.
