                                AGM STATEMENT

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all
resolutions were passed.

Commenting on trading, David Green, Chairman, said:

'Market conditions prior to September 11th remained the same as reported at
our year end announcement in July. Since the events of September 11th and with
50% of our business in the US, it is difficult to predict the outcome for this
year.'
