EmdexTrade PLC ('The Company')is pleased to announce the following trading
developments:

(i) EmdexTrade PLC has executed a Settlement Agreement with HSBC Bank USA Inc.
Under this agreement the Company will be able to offer the banks settlement
services for third party trade transactions that are placed over the EmdexTrade
website or prior to formal lunch of the website are negotiated privately.

(ii)_The company has now received confirmation that EmdexTrade PLC has become
a full member of the International Forfaiting Association.
