                             Result of AGM and EGM


At the AGM and EGM of EmdexTrade plc ('Emdex' or the 'Company'), held today, all
resolutions were duly passed.

The acquisition of CCH Europe GmbH will complete at the time of the admission of
the Consideration Shares to trading on AIM, which is expected tomorrow, and
henceforward the company will continue trading under the name of CCH
international plc.

Commenting on the acquisition the Chairman said 'The business of CCH Europe
complements that of Emdex and this acquisition is viewed by the board as an
excellent opportunity to substantially grow the enlarged business of the
Company.'
