Board Appointment


The board of EmdexTrade PLC is pleased to announce that Richard Fossett has
assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer and has been appointed to the board
of EmdexTrade PLC with immediate effect .

Eren Nil, the international debt trading company's Chief Executive Officer
commented as follows: ' I am delighted to welcome Richard to the board. He
brings a wealth of management and organisational experience to the company that
will assist us in this phase of increased trading activity and as we move into
expected profitability over the coming year.'
