                          Change of Financial Year End


The Board of CCH International PLC ('CCH') announces that it is changing the
financial year end from 31 October to 31 December so as to coincide with the
year end of its recently acquired subsidiary, CCH Europe GmbH.

Accordingly, CCH will produce a second interim report for the six months ended
31 October 2005 and audited accounts for the 14 months to 31 December 2005.
