Publication of Base Prospectus relating to EUR 3,000,000,000

Euro Medium Term Note Programme

Zug, Switzerland - 3 June 2013 -Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") today announces that the base prospectus dated 3 June 2013 in respect of the establishment of a €3,000,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Programme by Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. as Issuer and guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (the "Base Prospectus") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.
