Investment Portfolio Update

GPG announces that it has sold its entire shareholdings in Capral Limited (47.4%) and AV Jennings Limited (7.7%).

Total sale proceeds in relation to the above transactions are expected to be A$48.4m (£31.9m).

GPG will continue to keep shareholders informed of further developments in relation to its investment portfolio.
