The Board of Comino announced on 28 March 2002 that it had received an
unsolicited approach from a UK company.



Comino was advised yesterday by the UK company concerned that it does not intend
to pursue its approach at this point in time.



Accordingly, Comino is not in discussions with any party relating to a possible
offer for the Company.
