Notifiable Interests
The Company was notified today by M&G Investment Management Limited, that
under sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985 that Prudential plc and
certain of its subsidiary companies is interested in 820,000 ordinary shares
representing 5.91 per cent. of the issued share capital.
