company was notified on 8 February 2001, by Prudential plc that the Prudential
plc group has an interest in 1,050,000 shares representing 7.68 per cent. of
the issued share capital.
The shares are registered in the name of PRUCLT HSBC GIS NOM (UK) PAC AC.
