Correction


The issuer advises that the following replaces the Notifiable Interest
announcement released on 7 February 2002 at 12:07 under RNS number 1316R.


The percentage of issued ordinary share capital represented should have read
'3.91%' and not '13.91%' as previously stated.


All other details remain unchanged; the full amended text appears below.


'The company was notified today under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act
1985 that the following investment funds of  Liontrust Investment Funds Limited
are interested in a total of 542,500 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the
company, representing 3.91% of the issued ordinary share capital:


The Liontrust Intellectual Capital Trust (Unit Trust)                    396,800

Liontrust Knowledge Economy Trust Plc (Investment Trust)                 110,100

Stagecoach Group Pension Scheme (Segregated Portfolio)                    36,500

Total                                                                    542,500
