The Company was today notified in accordance with S.198 of the Companies Act
1985, as amended, by Constellation Software Inc. of Toronto Ontario, that as a
result of recent purchases it now has an interest in 820,000 shares in the
Company representing 5.91 per cent. of the issued share capital.
