Notifiable Interest
The Company was today notified by CGNU plc under sections 198 to 202 of the
Companies Act 1985, as amended, that Morley Fund Management Limited, a
subsidiary of CGNU, no longer has a notifiable interest in the share capital
of Comino Group plc.
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:
