The Company was advised on 27 February 2001 that
Prudential plc (and its subsidiary The Prudential
Assurance Company Limited) have a notifiable interest
under the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) in 1,100,000
ordinary shares in the capital of the company,
representing approximately 8.04% of the issued ordinary
share capital.
