                              Directors shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 1 February, Mr. David Roots sold 120,000
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 222.5 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction Mr. Roots has an interest in 75,000 ordinary shares
representing approximately 0.5 per cent of the Company's issued share capital
with options over a further 117,000 shares.
