DIRECTOR'S DEALING
The Company was notified on 28 March 2001 that Mr M Boleat, a non-executive
director of the Company, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each for
4.19 pence on 22 March 2001. Following the purchase of these shares, Mr M
Boleat is beneficially interested in 2,000 ordinary shares representing 0.01
per cent. of the total issued share capital.
