BOARD CHANGES

The  Board  of Comino regrets to announce that its Chairman,
Gordon  Skinner, has had to leave the Board as a  result  of
recent ill health.  His resignation takes effect today.

David Quysner, an existing non-executive Director will  take
the chair immediately on a temporary basis. David Quysner is
also  a  Director of Abingworth, a Venture Capital  company,
which  was  a  founder  shareholder and  continues  to  hold
approximately 8% of the shares of Comino.

The  Board  will  now  actively  seek  a  new  non-executive
Chairman and an additional non-executive Director.
