                       COMINO GROUP PLC ( the 'Company')

                             Directors shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 22 July, Mr. David Roots sold 25,000
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 265 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction Mr. Roots has an interest in 50,598 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 0.4 per cent of the Company's issued share capital,
with options over a further 117,000 shares.
