Following the formal business of the meeting, David Quysner, Chairman, made the following statement to shareholders: 'Order intake in the first quarter shows an improvement over the same period last year. Last year's poor start in the Local Government division has not been repeated, new generation product for Social Housing is winning further business and Occupational Pensions has regained its focus after managing an unusually high development load. The annual accounts were published in early June and trading continues in line with the comments made in my statement.'
