Following the formal business of the meeting, David Quysner, Chairman, made the following statement to shareholders: 'Comino was pleased to announce profits in line with expectations and 24% growth in its core business for the year ended 31 March 2001. The Group's own Workflow and Electronic Document Management remain key to fuller involvement in the client business process and allow access to larger value contracts which the Group has now proved itself capable of winning. With the added contribution from 400 existing customers, the prospects for the business continue to be strong.'
