COMINO GROUP PLC

ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made for 15,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted
to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.  The shares
will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.  Admission and commencement
of trading is expected to become effective on 22 July 2003.

The shares were issued in settlement of deferred consideration in connection
with the acquisition of Saffron Computer Services Limited.  The vendors, Russell
Francis and Tracey Francis, have each been allotted 7,500 ordinary shares.
