CML Microsystems Plc, which designs, manufactures and markets a broad range of
semiconductor products, primarily for the global communications industry, will
announce results for the full year ended 31 March 2002 on Tuesday 11 June 2002.

A briefing for analysts will be held at 9.45am at the offices of Binns & Co PR
Ltd, 16 St Helen's Place, London EC3A 6DF. A briefing for journalists will be
held at 11.00am in the same location.
