The Company was informed on 29 July 2011 that as of 28 July 2011 Slater Investments Ltd had voting interests in 850,000 ordinary shares representing 5.39 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.

The Company has also been informed that Mr H J Glover no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
