The Company was notified on 6 April 2004 by the Universities Superannuation
Scheme Limited ('USSL') that following a purchase by USSL of 55,000 of the
Company's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares'), USSL is now interested in
490,500 Ordinary Shares representing 3.31 per cent. of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital.
