The Company was notified on 17 June 2002 by Standard Life Investments ('SLI')
that on 14 June 2002 SLI sold 20,000 ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares') on
behalf of Standard Life Group. Following this sale Standard Life Group has a
shareholding of 717,779 Ordinary Shares which represents 4.91 per cent. of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. The Ordinary Shares are registered in
the name of Stanlife Nominees Limited.
