                              Holding in Company


The Company was notified on 14 June 2001 by Eaglet Investment Trust plc that
on 7 March 2001 they sold 40,000 ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares') and a
further 150,000 Ordinary Shares on 13 June 2001. Following this purchase
Eaglet Investment Trust plc has a shareholding of 1,089,778 Ordinary Shares
which represents 7.46 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital.
