                              Holding in Company


The Company was notified on 14 June 2001 by Fidelity International Limited
('Fidelity') that Fidelity is interested in 1,062,588 ordinary 5p shares of
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 7.27 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital. In addition, this notifiable interest also
comprises Edward C Johnson a Principal shareholder of Fidelity.
