The Company was notified on 6 February 2001 by Fidelity International Limited
('Fidelity') that Fidelity is interested in 730,030 ordinary 5p shares of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 5.00 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital. In addition, this notifiable interest also
comprises Edward C Johnson a Principal shareholder of Fidelity.
