The Company was notified today by HSBC Investment Bank plc ('HSBC') that as at
22 March 2001 HSBC, HSBC Investment Bank Holdings plc (the parent company of
HSBC) and HSBC Holdings plc (the ultimate parent company) no longer have a
notifiable interest in the Company's ordinary 5p shares.
