The Company was notified on 30 November by Fidelity International Limited
('Fidelity') that Fidelity is interested in 525,000 ordinary 5p shares of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 3.59 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital. In addition, this notifiable interest also
comprises Edward C Johnson a Principal shareholder of Fidelity.
