Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

The Company was notified today that on 19 June 2000 Mr R J Shashoua, a non
executive director of the Company, purchased 4,105 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £3.25p per Ordinary Share. 
Following this acquisition, Mr Shashoua's beneficial interest in the Company's
issued ordinary share capital has risen to 57,435 Ordinary Shares representing
0.40 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
