                            Director's Shareholding


The Company was notified on 17 June 2005 that on the same day Mr Nigel Clark, a
director of the Company, purchased 1,950 Ordinary 5p Shares ('Ordinary Shares')
at a price of 335p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr Clark has a
beneficial interest in 117,476 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.79
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
