The Company was notified on 24 November 2004 by Mr R Shashoua, a non-executive
director of the Company, that on 23 November 2004, he purchased 3,000 Ordinary
Shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of £3.65 per Ordinary
Share. Following this transaction Mr Shashoua has a beneficial interest in
79,635 Ordinary Shares representing 0.54 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
