                            DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING


The Company was notified today that Mr Nigel G Clark, a director of the Company,
today purchased 6,988 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 212.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this
acquisition, Mr Clark's beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary
share capital has risen to 109,135 Ordinary Shares representing 0.75 per cent.
of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
