'Directors Shareholdings' announcement released on 24 November 1999 at 7:05am
under RNS No 3993B.


Mr N Clark acquired 9,928 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company and not
10,080 as previously stated.
Mr N Clark's beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital
has risen to 68,388 ordinary shares and not 68,540 as previously stated.

                    DIRECTORS SHARE DEALING
                               

The  Company was notified today that Mr N Clark acquired  today
9,928  ordinary  shares of 5p each in the  Company  ('Ordinary
Shares')  at a price of £1.6658p per Ordinary Share.  Following
this  transaction,  Mr  N Clark's beneficial  interest  in  the
Company's  issued ordinary share capital has  risen  to  68,388
Ordinary  Shares which represents 0.49 per cent. of  the  total
issued ordinary share capital.
