Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 20 June 2007, that Mr Ronald Jacob Shashoua,
a non executive Director of the Company, purchased 6,000 Ordinary 5p Shares
at a price of 118p per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction Mr Shashoua has a beneficial interest in 89,755 
Ordinary Shares representing 0.60% of the Company's issued share capital 
which is 14,947,626 Ordinary 5p shares.
