The Company was notified today that, via his SIPP, Mr. R Shashoua, a
non-executive director of the Company, purchased 4,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p
('Ordinary Shares') each at a price of GBP2.7796 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr. R Shashoua has a beneficial interest in 83,635
Ordinary Shares representing 0.56 per cent. of the Company's total issued share
capital.
