Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 4 August 2005 that on the same day Mr Nigel
Graham Clark, a director of the Company, purchased 3,250 Ordinary 5p Shares
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 380p per Ordinary Share. Following this
transaction Mr Clark has a beneficial interest in 120,726 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 0.81 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
