The Company has been informed that on 9 July 2013, Nigel Clark, Group Financial Director, and his wife sold a total of 15,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of £4.73 per share. Following this transaction, he and his wife hold 62,100 ordinary shares of 5 pence each representing approximately 0.39% of the Group's issued share capital.
