On 28 July 2008, the Company granted Nigel Clark, Financial Director and Company Secretary, additional options over 147,162 5p Ordinary Shares at a price of 86p, of which, 30,883 shares exercisable from 29th July 2011 until 28th July 2018, 58,140 shares exercisable from 29th July 2012 until 28th July 2018 and 58,139 shares exercisable from 29th July 2013 until 28th July 2018.
