The Company has been notified that Mr Nigel G Clark, Group Financial Director
and Company Secretary, purchased on Friday 23 November 2007, 11,000 Ordinary 5p
Shares at a price of 85.5p per share.

Following this transaction Mr Clark now has a beneficial interest in 134,571
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.90% per cent of the Company's issued share
capital which is currently 14,947,626 shares
