                               Additional Listing


Application has been made for 59,675 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to the Official List. The Ordinary Shares are
being issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued to Hyperstone AG
shareholders in relation to the Company's acquisition of Hyperstone AG announced
on 3 July 2003.


Admission is expected to become effective on 4 January 2005.
